Beaumont has introduced ‘Happy-or-Not kiosks’ to help improve the patient experience by monitoring satisfaction levels. The kiosks will be located in strategic locations throughout the hospital to allow for the greatest footfall. The key messages on the kiosks are interchangeable allowing for a variety of patient satisfaction opinions.
We are launching the service with our hand hygiene message ‘Are you happy staff cleaned their hands today’.
