Please follow the advice you have been given
- As discussed you MUST NOT REMAIN AT WORK
- You can return to work on day 11 following 10 days movement restridtion if you have had a negative Day 10 test.
- You will be referred for either 1 or 2 close contact Covid tests
- You should not travel, or attend any crowded or public areas.
- You should avoid pregnant, elderly and immuno-compromised people.
- Public Health advise movement restriction at home
- Please self monitor for symptoms for 14 days after your exposure using the symptom monitoring sheet attached above.
Relevant Symptoms - Feverish, cough, shortness of breath, aches and pains, sore throat, viral or respiratory symptoms or altered sense of smell or taste.
- Symptoms may be different if you are immunosuppressed.
- Do not take antipyretics e.g. paracetamol, ibuprofen, aspirin.
- Follow correct respiratory etiquette (see attachment)
