You’ve made it to the hospital entrance, what now?

As soon as you enter the main entrance of Beaumont Hospital you will be greeted with a wide open concourse. To your immediate left is the Main Reception for the hospital. If you are unsure of where to go the staff will be more than happy to hep you. It is advisable to have your letter or text message so they can give you the correct directions.

Behind the reception desk is the Portering Office if you need wheelchair assistance as the Breast Imaging Unit is a good walk!

Directions to the Breast Clinic, in the Outpatient’s Department

From the concourse take the first right. Registration/Admissions is on your left.  If you have never attended the hospital before and have not registered online, you will need  to register here first before continuing on down to your clinic. Head straight down the corridor to the relevant clinic (please check the names outside the door to make sure you are at the correct clinic). Check in with the receptionist, then take a seat.

Directions to Mammography & Breast Ultrasound Department

There are two routes to our department.

From the concourse take the first right into Out-patients. Head straight down the corridor, and take the lift just passed Clinic B to the lower ground floor. turn left on exiting the lift . Take the second right and go to the end of the corridor - Pathology Reception will be in front of you. Through the door on your left is the Mammography & Breast Ultrasound Department (across the courtyard).
