Request

In accordance with the Freedom of Information Act, I request access to records which are non-personal and which I believe are held by the hospital, dated between January 1, 2016 and the date of this letter in relation to complaints made to the Hospital Complaints Department. My request does not relate to complaints about medical procedures, medical negligence, medical treatment, diagnosis, clinical judgement, testing, or premature discharge.

I would like to request copies of the complaints submitted and the responses in relation to, but not limited to, the following topics: food served to patients, food served to staff and visitors in canteens and restaurants, staff hygiene, hospital hygiene, staff conduct, pest control, facilities and buildings, carparks, sensitivity around mortality issues, theft and missing property, religious services (or lack of religious services), insensitivity to cultural beliefs/values, hospital patronage, discrimination, inappropriate behaviours (including but not limited to bullying/harassment and sexual harassment), wrong patient, data protection, privacy, mislaid test results, disability services, and waiting times.
