I am seeking the following records, held by the National Poisons Information Centre at Beaumont Hospital.

I note that the Poisons Information Centre states on its website that it "collects and analyses epidemiological data on acute poisoning. We produce an annual report each year and can provide more detailed data to regulatory authorities on request."

I am seeking data related to poisonings involving certain prescriptions drugs. Those are: benzodiazepines, Z-drugs, opiates, Methylphenidate (Ritalin) and pregabalin (Lyrica).

Specifically, please can I obtain:

Any data analysis pertaining to acute poisonings involving either a) benzodiazepines b) Z-drugs and c) opiates d) Methylphenidate (Ritalin) and e) pregabalin (Lyrica);  carried out by the National Poisons Information

Centre, from January 2010-present;

2. Please provide a breakdown of the national numbers of poisonings for, separately,  a) benzodiazepines b) Z-drugs and c) opiates d) Methylphenidate (Ritalin) and e) pregabalin (Lyrica);  for each year from 2006-2017.

3. Please provide a breakdown, per individual hospital, of poisonings involving benzodiazepines, for each year from 2006-2017.

4. Please provide a breakdown, per individual hospital, of poisonings involving Z-drugs, for each year from 2006-2017.

5. Please provide a breakdown, per individual hospital, of poisonings involving prescription drug opiates (as opposed to illegal opiates) each year from 2006-2017.
