After graduating in 2002, Mr. Ibrahim completed specialized training in plastic surgery and passed four Plastic Surgery Exit Exams. He then went on to complete a Clinical Fellowship in Breast Reconstructive Microsurgery at the RCSI, as well as an International Master's Degree in Breast Reconstructive Microsurgery, Aesthetic Breast Surgery, and Breast Cancer Related Lymphedema from The Universitat Autònoma of Barcelona.

In 2022, Mr. Ibrahim was appointed as a Consultant Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgeon at Beaumont Hospital.
