Financial Direction Management and Control
The Professional Finance functions of the Finance Department are led by the Director of Finance & Procurement, the Management Accountant and the Financial Accountant who are responsible for the following key result areas:

- Financial Reporting, Analysis and Performance Monitoring
- Value-for- Money Programmes and Cost Management
- Funder Relations, Allocation Management and Monitoring
- Casemix and Speciality Costing
- Patient-Level and DRG level Costing
- Compliance and Audit
- Management of the Administration and Transaction Processing Sections
The issue of purchase orders is governed by specific terms and conditions that have now been up-dated to reflect the Hospital’s requirements arising from Brexit and Covid-19.
