Before your procedure:
- You will receive a phone call within 48 hours of your appointment for pre-procedure screening.
- If you have a temperature or are feeling unwell, please do not attend for your appointment. Please contact (01) 809 4268 to re-schedule
The day of your procedure:
- There is a dedicated entrance to the Endoscopy Unit at the rear of the hospital (Trim Road Entrance)
- You must have someone drop you directly to the Endoscopy set-down area. There is no parking in this area, and it is not advised to arrive on foot.
- Appointment times must be stricly adhered to
- Please bring your medical card or private health insurance details as appropriate.
- Please avail of the hand sanitisers provided
- Facemasks are still required to be worn by all patients attending a healthcare setting and for those who may have to accompany them
