Information for Patients on arrangements for attending Neurophysiology

Department Appointments in Beaumont Hospital

All patients will continue to be contacted by the Hospital about their appointment. Do not attend for your Hospital appointment unless you are contacted to do so.

If you are unable to attend for any reason please contact the Neurophysiology Appointments Office to cancel or re-schedule your appointment on 01 809 2735

Attending for your appointment

  • Patients are being asked to attend no more than 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment 
  • We request that you attend unaccompanied where possible. Children are not permitted to attend
  • Please bring a list of your current medications
  • Please bring your medical card or private health insurance details as appropriate
  • All Patients attending Neurophysiology are to attend the check in area to the left of the main entrance to the Hospital (signposted Outpatients)
  • Facemasks are still required to be worn by all patients attending a healthcare setting and for those who may have to accompany them
  • Patients will be directed to the waiting area for Neurophysiology on the lower ground floor
  • Please maintain social distancing at all times
  • Please avail of the hand sanitisers provided
