Renal Ambulatory Care and Renal Patient Care Co-ordinators held their Annual Tranplant Education Day for patients who are being worked up for kidney transplant and their relatives. The theme is "staying healthy on the transplant pool". A total of 93 attended including 43 patients. A great effort was made by members of the MDT and the patient experience talk was very well received and very positive feedback overall.
