To decide whether or not you wish to become a donor after you have died is something very personal and it is important that everyone makes their own decision.Most importantly, discuss your wishes with your next-of-kin so that they are fully aware of your decision
Currently there are two ways to indicate that you wish to be an organ donor.
An Organ Donor Card can to be sent to you by post if you prefer. Simply click on the image to the left and fill out the online form. An organ Donor card will be posted out to you within 3 working days, by the Irish Kidney Aassociation.
Alternatively, you can collect a donor card at your local pharmacy. You can also sign the back of your driving licence to indicate your wishes.
