Beaumont Hospital is committed to responding to patient feedback both positive and negative. Our Patient Advisory Liaison Service (PALS) department is available to offer help, support and advice for patients, families and carers

About

We can help you in many ways including:

  • Help to resolve difficulties that may arise in relation to hospital services or care.
  • Listen and respond to your questions, concerns or compliments.
  • Assist you in navigating services and information within the hospital.
  • Co-ordinate and manage the review into complaints and provide a response as per the hospital policy.
  • Ensure that key learnings and recommendations are identified as a result of your feedback. 

We value all feedback received from service users and we endeavour to make improvements based on the feedback provided.

The PALS Department is open from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 16:00
