Systems & Analytics

The HR Systems & Analytics team is responsible for providing accurate workforce data for internal and external stakeholders, through the management and administration of information relating to workforce data, supporting headcount control, monitoring and workforce planning.

About us

The primary functions of the HR Systems and Analytics Section are to:

  • data mine and provide analytics for key HR metrics which form the basis of strategic reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • provide HR systems support and training across the organisation
  • maintain, enhance and test existing systems
  • review and implement any applicable systems changes to facilitate organisational objectives
  • update the integrated HR/Payroll system as changes in employment terms and conditions arise, in line with national agreements. 

 

Employment Control 

The HSE determines that robust and effective employment control systems are put in place to effectively manage employment levels throughout the public health services. 

The Employment Control section has responsibility for ensuring that the employment of staff by the hospital remains within the allocated employment headcount for the organisation.
