The HR Systems & Analytics team is responsible for providing accurate workforce data for internal and external stakeholders, through the management and administration of information relating to workforce data, supporting headcount control, monitoring and workforce planning.
The primary functions of the HR Systems and Analytics Section are to:
Employment Control
The HSE determines that robust and effective employment control systems are put in place to effectively manage employment levels throughout the public health services.
The Employment Control section has responsibility for ensuring that the employment of staff by the hospital remains within the allocated employment headcount for the organisation.
